HGG was instrumental in assisting Gekko Systems set up its legal entity within South America. Despite the background work completed by Gekko, the retention of HGG helped Gekko avoid a number of potential issues that would have cost the company both time and money. HGG not only assisted Gekko but also its General Manager in setting up tax and legal structures that provided a smooth transition into the Latin American market. Although starting in Santiago Chile, the experience that we gained, with the assistance of HGG, has enabled Gekko to successfully move into several key markets in Latin America.
