Juan Fernando Parra is a Colombian Partner with Harris Gomez Group, based in our Colombian office.

Juan Fernando Parrahas a Master’s degree in Law (LLM) from Bond University, Australia and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Technology Sydney, Australia. He is a Lawyer from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, Colombia, and has a major in Insurance and Commercial Law from the same University.

He is a litigator and advisor on private law, mainly on civil, commercial, insurance and corporate law. He has extensive legal experience in the corporate world, and in national and international law firms. In Colombia, he has wide experience in commercial law, especially in insurance, civil and civil procedure law; and in Australia, in commercial, civil and civil procedural law. He has been admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales (Australia) to practice law.

He is a leading partner in the Litigation and Arbitration area work-team, as well as in the Business Law area of the firm.
